Here’s what you’d be doing as a Lead HVAC Service Technician:

  • Run service calls and meet with customers in their homes
  • Diagnose, present options and then repair/replace equipment in order to fulfill customer needs.
  • Supervise and lead HVAC field operations
  • Assist other HVAC Service techs in the field and advising them as needed
  • Communicate with management about keys areas of growth opportunity and lead efforts in the field to implement effective changes
